Ans: An incomplete certification is a certification you did not complete for example suppose you close the browser in the middle of a certification or got disconnected from the internet then that attempted incomplete certification would be displayed under incomplete certifications.

Ans: On an average we add three certifications a month.

Qs: I got disconnected from the net while taking a test will this affect my score?
Ans: Just login and the test which is incomplete will be shown under my certifications. Please note that you must login ASAP again into the system otherwise the test time will expire.

Qs: Is there a certification retake?
Ans: Yes if you take a certification and are unsuccessful or just plainly wish to retake your certification again please click on the delete certification button the gradesheet page to delete that certification and then retake your certification.

Qs: How often can I retake a certification?
Ans: You can retake the certification as many times as you like however we recommend that you study that subject before retaking the certification.

Qs: What is the difference between normal and advance certifications?
Ans: If you obtain a grade of 90% or more you complete that certification with the advance grade.

Qs: Are these tests static or adaptive?
Ans: All the tests are adaptive. The testing engine fetches questions based on the grade and performance of the previous question.
